City of Dublin Steam Packet Company
View on Google MapsApparently they carried mail between Ireland and the UK from 1823 and 1930.
Their offices were on Eden Quay where there is still a company logo visible on the wall.
The Wikipedia page (at the time of writing 30.04.20) has some conflicting info so I dunno. And also a list of their ships!
